How is that possible? Instead of sending your audio to expensive servers, we send a compact AI model to your browser. Your own computer or phone does the transcription. It costs us very little to run, and it keeps your recordings private.

What is the difference between Fast and Accurate?
Fast uses Whisper Tiny, a smaller model that downloads quickly and runs well on phones. Accurate uses Whisper Base, which is larger and slower but makes noticeably fewer mistakes, especially with accents and names.
Can I get subtitles from my transcription?
Yes. Press Download SRT for a subtitle file with timestamps. It works with YouTube, Vimeo, VLC, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and most video editors.
